बड़े कुत्ते अधिक अच्छी तरह से व्यवहार किए जाते हैं।  अध्ययन से पता चलता है कि बड़े कुत्ते आमतौर पर छोटे कुत्ते की तुलना में बेहतर व्यवहार करते हैं, लेकिन ऐसा नहीं है क्योंकि वे स्वाभाविक रूप से बेहतर जानवर हैं क्योंकि यह केवल मानव का है, हम छोटे कुत्ते के अनुशासन में कम प्रयास करते हैं क्योंकि हम मानते हैं कि वे इतना बड़ा नुकसान नहीं कर सकते हैं  आमतौर पर कुत्ते बेहतर ट्रेन्चिंग करते हैं।

big dog are more well-behaved pets . studies show bigger dogs usually better behaviour than small dog's  but it is not because they are inherently better animals it is because only human's we tend to put less efforts into the discipline of the little dog's because we assume they can not do so much damage so larger dogs typically end up having better traning.
